I manage the travel side—resort matching, room blocks, guest bookings, airport transfers, and travel logistics. The resort’s on-site wedding team handles event design, décor, timelines, and day-of execution. We collaborate with each other so everything fits together smoothly.

Do you book flights for wedding guests?
Guests typically book flights directly with their preferred airline for the most flexibility and control. I coordinate their shared round-trip airport transfers based on their flight details.
