1. How do I book my room?

Brooke and Dalton have signed a group contract to set up a wedding room block to pre-reserve rooms for their guests.

A limited number of rooms have been held for Wednesday 6/3/26 through Sunday 6/7/26 (4 nights), and a smaller number of rooms have been held for Sunday 5/31/26 through Sunday 6/7/26 (7 nights). You can choose to stay for fewer nights (minimum three-night stay required) or we have the option to add additional nights to the wedding room block, based on availability.

A $200 per person non-refundable deposit is required to book your room. Final payment is due by 2/4/26.

NOTE: We are holding a limited number of rooms, so it is good to book your room early to ensure you get the specific room type you want.

The first step to book your room is to complete the online reservation form. Once your form is submitted, Jodi will be following up with you directly regarding next steps for booking your room (only one reservation form needs to be submitted for each room).

2. What happens if I don't book with EverAfter Travel?

Brooke and Dalton have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for their group. They have signed a group contract with the resort committing to a minimum number of rooms that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests. Only rooms booked in the room block through EverAfter Travel count towards this contract.

There are several reasons why you should honor the couple's wishes and book your stay through the room block with EverAfter Travel:

The wedding couple has worked with EverAfter Travel to negotiate a contract for the group. This includes a special set rate and includes transportation.
Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment if you book separately.
Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in an undesirable location away from everyone else.
Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the resort over sells, your group is protected but an individual reservation is not and you could be "walked" or bumped to a different resort.

Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:

Will not get the group rates.
Will have to pay up front versus over time.
Will not receive any pre-departure trip support from EverAfter Travel.
Unfortunately EverAfter Travel cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group or assist in the event of an emergency.
May be required by the resort to pay an event fee and/or day pass to attend wedding events.

3. How are my flights booked?

Wedding guests typically book their own flights directly with their preferred airline. The closest international airport to AVA Resort Cancun is the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

4. How do I get from the airport to the resort and back?

Shared round-trip airport transfers from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) are included in the room rates listed further below. Once you book your flights, you can click here to submit your flight details to EverAfter Travel which will be used for coordinating your transportation from the airport to the resort and back.

5. What are the cancellation policies?

Cancellation policies apply once booked.

-Initial $200 per person deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

-The room and airport transfers become fully non-refundable as of 2/5/26.

-If individual room is cancelled by 2/4/26, no penalty will be charged (initial $200 per person deposit remains non-refundable).

-If individual room is cancelled 2/5/26 or later, there is a 100% room revenue penalty.

6. How do I purchase travel insurance?

Optional travel insurance is available and EverAfter Travel encourages travelers to consider purchasing insurance as it can not only cover things like trip delays/cancellations, but it can also provide medical coverage while you're traveling just in case something happens - this is very important because your own medical insurance typically does not include international coverage.

*IMPORTANT things to keep in mind about Allianz Travel Insurance:

-You can call and speak to one of the insurance agent experts directly if you have any policy questions at 1.855.524.3687

-Insurance coverage starts the day after it is purchased

-You can only add Cancel Anytime coverage WITHIN 14 days of first deposit

-Coverage for pre-existing conditions only applies if insurance is purchased WITHIN 14 days of first deposit

-You need to update your insurance coverage immediately for any trip components added at a later date that you want covered e.g. flights

-There are several policy types to choose from and the policy price is determined by the following: the amount of insurance you need (i.e. total cost of your trip), your age(s) and the specific policy type you choose

A limited number of rooms have been held for Wednesday 6/3/26 through Sunday 6/7/26 (4 nights) and a smaller number of rooms have been held for Sunday 5/31/26 through Sunday 6/7/26 (7 nights), however, additional room types and alternative lengths of stay are available upon request through EverAfter Travel (based on availability). Minimum three-night stay required.

NOTE: Rates below are per person (pp) based on the occupancy noted and include shared round-trip airport transfers from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Flights and travel insurance are not included. Kids and teens stay free. Transfers are free for children under two years old.
