Guests reserving their stay with EverAfter Travel will be included in the wedding group for all events/activities and will receive the specially reduced group rates listed below. A limited number of rooms are being held for travel Monday 3/1/21 through Friday 3/5/21 (4 nights) at these group rates. For alternate lengths of stay and/or additional room categories, please contact Jodi for pricing and availability details.

If you and the person/people you will be sharing a room with live at the same address and will be paying with the same credit/debit card, then only one reservation form needs to be submitted for your room.

Your $200 per person deposit guarantees your resort stay at the group rates listed below.
It is good to confirm your room early to ensure you get the room category you want.
The final balance is due by 12/18/20 12:00 p.m. CST.
Group rates are based on a minimum of 10 or more guest rooms confirmed with EverAfter Travel by 12/18/20 12:00 p.m. CST.
Minimum three night stay required.
Cancellation policies apply.
If an individual guest room is canceled by 12/18/20 12:00 p.m. CST, there is no penalty.
If an individual guest room is canceled 12/19/20 to 1/6/21, 45% of room rate is non-refundable.
If an individual guest room is canceled 1/7/21 or later, 100% of room rate is non-refundable.
Current COVID-19 Protocols (subject to change):
-Each passenger 12 years or older will need to take a PCR or antigen COVID-19 test within 10 days of departure and present the negative test results at the airport to check in for their flight. For the test date, Jamaica considers the day of departure as day one. EXAMPLE: If your departure date is 2/26/21, then the earliest you can take the test is 2/17/21 (click here for a test date calculator tool).

-----Please note that samples collected using at-home kits and antibody tests are not accepted.
-----Many people have been having good experiences with getting their test results back quickly from places like CVS, Walgreens, or their local urgent care.
-Each passenger will need to complete the online Travel Authorization Form for Jamaica prior to departure. The earliest this form can be completed is five days prior to departure. For the travel authorization form, Jamaica considers the day before departure as day one. EXAMPLE: If your departure date is 2/26/21, then the earliest you can complete the travel authorization form is 2/21/21. You can click here for an FAQ and to see a sample travel authorization form.
-----Once your form has been submitted, you should receive a response via email with your approval. You'll need to print out a copy of the authorization email with the QR code to show at the airport.
-----This travel authorization form serves the purpose of your C5 immigration form too, so you won't need to complete a separate immigration form prior to departure.
-You will need to wear a face covering on your flights, in the airports, and in the transportation vehicles to/from the resort.

-Upon arrival in Jamaica, they will perform a health screening and risk assessment. The health screening will include: temperature checks, observation of symptoms, and a short interview with a health officer. They may perform a COVID-19 test (nasal/throat swab) if you are exhibiting symptoms or belong to a high risk group. NOTE: you may see members of the Jamaican Defense Force (JDF) at the airport - basically police officers with guns - because they are under a disaster preparedness plan for the response to COVID-19.

-The resort will do temperature checks upon arrival. Staff are required to wear face coverings at all times, and guests are asked to wear a face covering in designated indoor spaces like: the lobby, retail stores, elevators, and waiting areas of common facilities (e.g. spa, beauty salon, restaurants/bars, etc.). Guests are not required to wear face coverings at the beach, the pool, or in restaurants/bars when actively eating and/or drinking.

Travel Information
A valid passport is required for international travel. The "six month validity rule" requires that a passport is valid for six months beyond your return date. It is the personal responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have the correct travel documents and identification.

Travel insurance Information
Optional travel insurance is available and EverAfter Travel encourages travelers to consider purchasing insurance as it can not only cover things like trip delays/cancellations, but it also provides medical coverage while you're traveling just in case something happens - this is very important because your own medical insurance typically does not include international coverage. IMPORTANT NOTE: Travel insurance needs to be added within 14 days of deposit in order to include coverage for pre-existing medical conditions.

When you are attempting to get a quote, the amount of insurance needed is typically the total value amount of your vacation package. Also, you will need to enter F030702 as the Travel Agency ID (ACCAM#) when prompted.
*IMPORTANT things to note about Allianz Travel Insurance:
-Insurance coverage starts the day after it is purchased
-You can only add Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage on the date of deposit

Caribbean Luxury Family Sized Suite
Arranged across the first to fifth floors in the resort’s Caribbean Village, these premium rooms have recently been richly decorated and feature soft, muted décor, traditional mahogany and marble furnishings including a king-sized bed or two double beds, en-suite bathroom featuring a combination bathtub/shower and hosts a mahogany vanity with a wall-mount makeup mirror, and plasma television. The room includes a stylish seating area with sofa bed and mahogany desk, leading to private, shared or french balconies where views of the resort grounds beckon. These accommodations are ideal for larger families with ample space for a further rollaway bed.

Caribbean Oceanview Luxury Suite
Totally refurbished to an exquisite standard, these enormous, twolevel Mega suites combine the beauty of the ocean with stylish contemporary interiors. Located in the Centre of the resort’s Caribbean Village each accommodation features exquisite mahogany furniture including a king-sized bed or two double beds, plasma television and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom which features a bathtub/shower combination and hosts a two-basin mahogany vanity with a wall-mount makeup mirror. A living space boasts a spacious area featuring a French-style balcony, providing sensational views of the Caribbean Sea and the resort’s grounds. These Mega-suites are ideal for larger families with ample space for a further rollaway bed and the can connect to adjacent suites if required based on availability.
