Your $200 per person deposit guarantees your resort stay at the group rates listed below.
It is good to confirm your room early to ensure you get the room category you want.
The final balance is due by 2/14/20.
Group rates are based on a minimum of 10 or more guest rooms confirmed with EverAfter Travel by 2/14/20.

Travel Information
A valid passport is required for international travel. The "six month validity rule" requires that a passport is valid for six months beyond your return date. Travel insurance Information
Optional travel insurance is available and EverAfter Travel encourages travelers to consider purchasing insurance as it can not only cover things like trip delays/cancellations, but it also provides medical coverage while you're traveling just in case something happens - this is very important because your own medical insurance typically does not include international coverage. IMPORTANT NOTE: Travel insurance needs to be added within 14 days of deposit in order to include "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance or coverage for pre-existing medical conditions.

When you are attempting to get a quote, the amount of insurance needed is typically the total value amount of your vacation package. Also, you will need to enter F030702 as the Travel Agency ID (ACCAM#) when prompted.
