Guests reserving their stay with EverAfter Travel will be included in the wedding group for all events/activities and will receive the specially reduced group rates listed below. A limited number of rooms are being held at Dreams Vista Cancun for travel Thursday 2/1/24 through Thursday 2/8/24 (7 nights) and also for Friday 2/2/24 through Wednesday 2/7/24 (5 nights) at these group rates. For alternate lengths of stay and/or additional room types, please contact Jodi for pricing and availability details.

Please request your stay by completing the online reservation form at your earliest convenience, but no later than 8/31/23.

It is good to confirm your room early to ensure you get the room type you want.

Your $200 per person non-refundable deposit guarantees your resort stay at the group rates listed below.

The final balance is due by 8/31/23.

Group rates are based on a minimum of 10 or more guest rooms confirmed with EverAfter Travel by 8/31/23.

Minimum three night stay required.

Cancellation policies apply.

-If individual room is canceled by 8/31/23, no penalty will be charged (initial deposit remains non-refundable).

-If individual room is canceled 9/1/23 or later, there is a 100% room revenue penalty.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Once your online reservation form is submitted, Jodi will be following up with you directly regarding next steps for booking your room (only one reservation form needs to be submitted for each room).

Current COVID-19 Protocols (subject to change):

-USA residents are NOT required to complete/submit a COVID-19 test for entry into Mexico at this time, however, taking a pre-travel test is recommended by EverAfter Travel. Many travelers have had good experiences with getting COVID-19 tests at places like their local Walgreens and CVS.

-You may need to wear a face covering on your flights, in the airports, and during your transportation vehicles. Upon arrival in Mexico, you may be subject to health screenings including temperature checks.

NOTE: Travelers were previously required to complete an immigration form online prior to arrival at the Cancun airport (or complete a paper version passed out by flight attendants on the plane), however, this is no longer required.

-Guests may be asked to wear a face covering in designated indoor spaces like: the lobby, retail stores, elevators, and waiting areas of common facilities (e.g. spa, beauty salon, restaurants/bars, etc.). Guests are not required to wear face coverings at the beach, the pool, or in restaurants/bars when actively eating and/or drinking.

-Quintana Roo (the state that Dreams Vista Cancun is in) introduced a departure tax of about $15 per person for international visitors and you may be asked to show proof of payment at the Cancun airport before you fly home. Travel Information

A valid passport is required for international travel. The "six month validity rule" requires that a passport is valid for six months beyond your return date. It is the personal responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have the correct travel documents and identification. Travel insurance Information

Optional travel insurance is available and EverAfter Travel encourages travelers to consider purchasing insurance as it can not only cover things like trip delays/cancellations, but it can also provide medical coverage while you're traveling just in case something happens - this is very important because your own medical insurance typically does not include international coverage.

When you are attempting to get a quote, the amount of insurance needed is typically the total value amount of your vacation package. Also, you will need to enter F030702 as the Travel Agency ID (ACCAM#) for EverAfter Travel when prompted.

-Insurance coverage starts the day after it is purchased

A certain number of rooms have been held for Friday 2/2/24 through Wednesday 2/7/24 (5 nights), and a smaller number of rooms have been held for Thursday 2/1/24 through Thursday 2/8/24 (7 nights), however, additional room types and alternative lengths of stay are available upon request through EverAfter Travel.

NOTE: Rates below are per person (pp) based on the occupancy noted and include shared round-trip airport transfers. Flights and travel insurance are not included. Adult rates apply to guests 13 years or older. Child rates apply when staying with two full paying adults.
