Guests reserving their stay with EverAfter Travel will be included in the wedding group for all events/activities and will receive the specially reduced group rates listed below. A limited number of rooms are being held at Dreams Royal Beach for travel Thursday 4/18/24 through Thursday 4/25/24 (7 nights) and also for Saturday 4/20/24 through Thursday 4/25/24 (5 nights) at these group rates. For alternate lengths of stay and/or additional room types, please contact Jodi for pricing and availability details.
Please request your stay by completing the online reservation form at your earliest convenience, but no later than 10/26/23.
It is good to confirm your room early to ensure you get the room type you want.
Your $200 per person non-refundable deposit guarantees your resort stay at the group rates listed below.
The final balance is due by 12/7/23.
Group rates are based on a minimum of 10 or more guest rooms confirmed with EverAfter Travel by 10/26/23.
Minimum three night stay required.
Cancellation policies apply once booked.
-If individual room is canceled by 12/7/23, no penalty will be charged (initial $200 per person deposit remains non-refundable).
-If individual room is canceled 12/8/23 or later, there is a 100% room revenue penalty.

-Travelers are NOT required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result for entry into the Dominican Republic at this time, however, taking a pre-travel test is recommended by EverAfter Travel. Airport officials may perform random rapid, breath COVID-19 tests for passengers upon arrival. Travelers who present a COVID-19 vaccination card will be exempt from random testing.
-Each traveler needs to complete the Electronic Entry and Exit form within 72 hours of departure which combines the Traveler's Health Affidavit, Customs Declaration and International Embarkation/Disembarkation forms. Passengers need to fill out a form for arrival and another one for departure (both can be completed prior to arrival), and the system will generate two QR codes that will be scanned by the authorities at the port of entry and during departure. You will need to print a copy of these QR codes and keep them with you to show as needed through the arrival and departure processes.

-You may need to wear a face covering on your flights, in the airports, and during your transportation to/from the resort. Upon arrival in the Dominican Republic, they may perform a health screening at the airport including a temperature check.

-Guests may be asked to wear a face covering in designated indoor spaces like: the lobby, retail stores, elevators, and waiting areas of common facilities (e.g. spa, beauty salon, restaurants/bars, etc.). A valid passport is required for international travel. The "six month validity rule" requires that a passport is valid for six months beyond your return date. It is the personal responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have the correct travel documents and identification. Travel insurance Information
Optional travel insurance is available and EverAfter Travel encourages travelers to consider purchasing insurance as it can not only cover things like trip delays/cancellations, but it can also provide medical coverage while you're traveling just in case something happens - this is very important because your own medical insurance typically does not include international coverage.

When you are attempting to get a quote, the amount of insurance needed is typically the total value amount of your vacation package. Also, you will need to enter F030702 as the Travel Agency ID (ACCAM#) for EverAfter Travel when prompted.
