The Royalton Riviera Cancun resort is a luxury all-inclusive resort for adults and families where you'll be able to relax and rejuvenate while enjoying great food, fun activities and beautiful natural scenery.

Guests reserving their stay with EverAfter Travel will be included in the wedding group for all events/activities and will receive the specially reduced group rates listed below. A limited number of rooms are being held at the Royalton Riviera Cancun resort for travel Thursday 4/7/22 through Thursday 4/14/22 (7 nights) at these group rates. For alternate lengths of stay and/or additional room categories, please contact Jodi for pricing and availability details.

It is good to confirm your room early to ensure you get the room category you want.
Your $200 per person non-refundable deposit guarantees your resort stay at the group rates listed below.
The final balance is due by 1/13/22.
Group rates are based on a minimum of 10 or more guest rooms confirmed with EverAfter Travel by 1/13/22.

Cancellation policies apply.
-If individual room is canceled by 1/13/22, no penalty will be charged (initial deposit remains non-refundable).
-If individual room is canceled by 1/14/22 or later, there is a 100% room revenue penalty.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Once your online reservation form is submitted, Jodi will be following up with you directly to confirm all of the details of your reservation prior to applying payment. If you and the person/people you will be sharing a room with live at the same address and will be paying with the same credit/debit card, then only one reservation form needs to be submitted for your room.

Travel Information
A valid passport is required for international travel. The "six month validity rule" requires that a passport is valid for six months beyond your return date. It is the personal responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have the correct travel documents and identification.

Travel insurance Information
Optional travel insurance is available and EverAfter Travel encourages travelers to consider purchasing insurance as it can not only cover things like trip delays/cancellations, but it can also provide medical coverage while you're traveling just in case something happens - this is very important because your own medical insurance typically does not include international coverage.

When you are attempting to get a quote, the amount of insurance needed is typically the total value amount of your vacation package. Also, you will need to enter F030702 as the Travel Agency ID (ACCAM#) when prompted.

-Insurance coverage starts the day after it is purchased
-You can only add Cancel Anytime coverage WITHIN 14 days of deposit

Current COVID-19 Protocols (subject to change):
-USA residents are NOT required to complete/submit a COVID-19 test for entry into Mexico at this time, however, taking a pre-travel test is recommended by EverAfter Travel. Many travelers have had good experiences with getting COVID-19 tests at places like their local Walgreens and CVS.

-Each traveler needs to complete an immigration form for entry into Mexico https://www.inm.gob.mx/fmme/publico/en/solicitud.html Flight attendants often distribute a paper version of this form on the plane, however, sometimes they do not so EverAfter Travel recommends completing the form online ahead of time to prevent potential delays at the airport upon arrival. You will need to print the completed form and have it with you to present at the airport upon arrival in Mexico. In order to complete this form, you will need your passport details, flight information, name of the resort where you are staying, and a printer.
NOTE: Effective 1/1/22, Mexico is no longer requiring visitors to complete a health questionnaire.

-The resort will do temperature checks upon arrival. All resort staff will be wearing face coverings at all times, and you will be asked to wear a face covering in designated indoor spaces like: the lobby, retail stores, elevators, and waiting areas of common facilities (e.g. spa, beauty salon, restaurants/bars, etc.). Guests will not be required to wear face coverings at the beach, the pool, or in restaurants when actively eating and/or drinking. Some services and amenities at the resort may be modified based on COVID-19 protocols and occupancy levels e.g. most resorts have a limited number of restaurants open on a rotating basis each night.
