Guests reserving their stay with EverAfter Travel will be included in the wedding group for all events/activities and will receive the specially reduced group rates listed further below. A limited number of rooms are being held at the adults-only Secrets Akumal resort for travel Wednesday 2/14/24 through Wednesday 2/21/24 (7 nights) at these group rates. For alternate lengths of stay and/or additional room types, please contact Jodi for pricing and availability details.
NOTE: It is so important to Alyssa and Christian that you are able to join them for their big day. Please be aware that staying offsite could result in being denied entry to Secrets Akumal due to occupancy limits.
Please confirm your stay by completing the online reservation form at your earliest convenience, but no later than 9/21/23.
It is good to confirm your room early to ensure you get the room type you want.
Your $200 per person non-refundable deposit guarantees your resort stay at the group rates listed below.
The final balance is due by 9/21/23.
Group rates are based on a minimum of 10 or more guest rooms confirmed with EverAfter Travel by 9/21/23.

Cancellation policies apply once booked.
-If individual room is canceled by 9/21/23, no penalty will be charged (initial $200 per person deposit remains non-refundable).
-If individual room is canceled 9/22/23 or later, there is a 100% room revenue penalty.

Current COVID-19 Protocols (subject to change):
-USA residents are NOT required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result for entry into Mexico at this time, however, taking a pre-travel COVID-19 test is recommended by EverAfter Travel. Many travelers have had good experiences with getting COVID-19 tests at places like their local Walgreens and CVS.
-You may need to wear a face covering on your flights, in the airports, and during your transportation vehicles. -Upon arrival in Mexico, you may be subject to health screenings including temperature checks.

-Quintana Roo (the state that Secrets Akumal is in) has a mandatory departure tax of about $11 per person for international visitors and you may be asked to show proof of payment at the Cancun airport before you fly home. A valid passport is required for international travel. The "six month validity rule" requires that a passport is valid for six months beyond your return date. It is the personal responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have the correct travel documents and identification. Travel insurance Information
Optional travel insurance is available and EverAfter Travel encourages travelers to consider purchasing insurance as it can not only cover things like trip delays/cancellations, but it can also provide medical coverage while you're traveling just in case something happens - this is very important because your own medical insurance typically does not include international coverage.

A certain number of rooms have been held for Wednesday 2/14/24 through Monday 2/19/24 (5 nights) and a smaller number of rooms have been held for Wednesday 2/14/24 through Wednesday 2/21/24 (7 nights), however, additional lengths of stay are also available upon request through EverAfter Travel.
